You are invited to our high performance Beam Queen Bootcamp. It's a 2-day event surrounding my favorite event, and soon to be your gymnast’s favorite event, BEAM.

This Bootcamp is for levels 3 and up including XCEL Silver and up.

This event will be held at Premier West Gymnastics

2066 Mitchell Dr, Oswego, IL 60543

Mark your calendars because we're throwing a BEAM PARTY!

- September 11: (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

- September 12: (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

We're known to have a decorated roster of coaches to help your gymnast with the physical and mental techniques of beam. These staff members, along with the rest of the BQBC staff members, will be spilling all of their Beam secrets and the 3 rules of beam throughout the weekend.

We’ll be focusing on skills, drills, and mental toughness with the goal of giving gymnasts the confidence they need to excel on this event. We can’t wait to see you there!

What safety guidelines are you instilling?

These guidelines are subject to change as the event gets closer keeping in mind our top priority, which is the gymnast's health and safety.

Parent Session: How to Rock the Recruiting Process

Luan Peszek with Jill Hicks Consulting will present “How to Rock the Recruiting Process” a session for parents and gymnasts to learn about the college recruiting process. Whether you have a young compulsory gymnast who wants to do college gymnastics one day, an Xcel gymnast or an optional level gymnast who is ready to get started in the recruiting process, this session is for you.

We’ll discuss the opportunities available for gymnasts at the collegiate level, when to get started, how to get started, is my gymnast good enough, what schools have programs, the parents’ role in the process, the coaches’ role in the process, what college coaches look for, what opportunities are available, and much more.  This presentation will provide a general overview for families with gymnasts.

Bring your questions!

JH Consulting advises college bound student athletes and their parents in the gymnastics recruiting process to find the best fit, both academically and athletically. Let’s face it, the recruiting process can be overwhelming for the gymnast and parent. The parent feels alone in helping her daughter get recruited and the athlete lacks the confidence and experience to know how and when to start the process. Our goal is to reduce the pressure on the parent and build confidence in the gymnast by providing expert advice and knowledge.

Luan will be offering this one-hour zoom session for gymnasts and parents on the Wednesday prior to your BQBC event at 6:30 p.m. local time. Those registered will receive the link in a separate email.
